New Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policy
In 2022 we developed a new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policy to anchor our commitment and assign clear responsibility with functional leaders. The policy forms the basis of our work with DEI and can be used to guide decisions and actions. In alignment with the new policy, we also updated the VELUX Code of Conduct for Employees.

After many years of continual focus, our production companies are among the most advanced when it comes to safety. We are now working on spreading the knowledge and good practice to all areas of the business.
During 2022 we continued to enhance our data collection and began collecting accident data from all business areas on a monthly basis. This gives us a clearer overview that allows us to take action quickly and effectively to prevent any similar incidents occurring.
